Since I haven’t found a cheese school near Toronto I’ll just have to keep learning all about cheese by reading books, reading blogs, researching the internet, visiting cheese shops, talking to people with knowledge of cheese and of course by trying different cheeses.
But it sure would be cool to get a crash course from the pro’s. I have added the Cheese School of San Francisco to my bucket list.
